Return and Refund Policy

At Vaulted Pros, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet rigorous standards for durability, performance, and design. Our items, including our Christian sports tape, Vaulted Pros “Faith Never Folds” 5-Panel Hat, grip socks, and jerseys, are carefully produced and quality checked before dispatch.

Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of certain products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, some items are strictly final sale.

Christian Sports Tape

Once shipped, we cannot guarantee that the tape has not been tampered with or used. To prioritise the health and safety of our customers, all Christian sports tape sales are final. This includes both new and previous editions. No refunds or returns will be accepted.

Hats

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, hats cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is defective or the incorrect item was sent.

Grip Socks

For hygiene reasons, all grip sock sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Jerseys - Size Exchange Only

All jerseys are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, including change of mind.

We offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

  • A size exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The jersey must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To assist us in resolving your request quickly, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
